2What you are buying

SRZ is a technical analysis charting tool that runs on the TradingView platform. It identifies swing reversal zones on a price chart, prints buy and sell signal markers, and can trigger alerts.

You are buying a personal licence to use that indicator on your own TradingView account. You are not buying:

• Trading signals delivered as a service, or managed trading of any kind
• Investment advice, portfolio advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything
• The source code of the indicator
• Any guarantee, promise, or assurance of profit

3Licence and restrictions

On payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use SRZ for your own trading, for as long as we continue to offer the product.

You may not:

• Share, lend, sell, sublicense, rent or transfer your access to anyone else
• Share your TradingView account credentials so that others can use the indicator
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, extract or reproduce the indicator's logic or source code
• Redistribute the indicator or any derivative of it, paid or free
• Present the indicator, its output or its branding as your own work

Access is granted to one TradingView username. If you need to change that username, contact us and we will move it across.

4Payment and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• SRZ is sold as a one-time payment for lifetime access. There is no recurring charge and no renewal.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We never receive or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
• We may change the price at any time. Any change applies only to purchases made afterwards — it will never affect access you have already paid for.
• Where a promotional or discounted price is displayed with an end time, that end time is real and the price does change when it passes.

5Delivery and access

SRZ is delivered as invite-only access to a TradingView script. At checkout you provide your TradingView username, and we add that username to the script's access list. It then appears in your TradingView account under Indicators → Invite-only scripts.

Delivery timelines are stated at checkout. If your access has not appeared within the stated window, contact us and we will resolve it — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You are responsible for entering your TradingView username correctly. If you enter the wrong one, contact us and we will transfer the access; nothing is lost.

6You need a TradingView account

SRZ runs inside TradingView, which is a separate company we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with. You need your own TradingView account, and your use of their platform is governed by their terms, not ours.

If TradingView changes their platform, their Pine Script language, or their policies in a way that affects the indicator, we will adapt SRZ where we reasonably can — but we cannot control or be held responsible for their decisions.

8Risk and performance

Trading financial instruments — including forex, indices, commodities, derivatives, CFDs and crypto — carries a high level of risk. Leverage can amplify losses beyond your initial capital. A majority of retail traders lose money.

Any performance figure, accuracy percentage, backtest result, chart, screenshot or recording shown on this website reflects past results under specific conditions. Backtested results in particular are hypothetical: they are calculated with the benefit of hindsight and do not account for slippage, spread, latency, liquidity, or the psychological reality of trading live.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Your own results will differ, and may be materially worse.

Only trade with capital you can genuinely afford to lose. If you are unsure whether trading is appropriate for you, seek advice from an independent, appropriately licensed financial adviser.

9Intellectual property

The SRZ indicator, its logic, its name, this website and all associated content remain our property. Buying a licence does not transfer any ownership to you.

10Termination

We may suspend or revoke your access, without refund, if you breach these terms — in particular by sharing, reselling or attempting to reverse engineer the indicator, or by initiating a fraudulent chargeback.

You may stop using SRZ at any time. Because access is granted immediately and cannot be returned, stopping use does not entitle you to a refund.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• SRZ is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, missed opportunity, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the indicator.
• We are not liable for interruptions, downtime, missed alerts, delayed alerts or data errors caused by TradingView, your broker, your device, your internet connection, or any third-party service.
• Our total aggregate liability to you, for any claim of any kind, is limited to the amount you actually paid us for SRZ.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.

12Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss or expense arising from your use of SRZ, your trading activity, or your breach of these terms.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always sits on this page with its revision date at the top. Material changes will be reflected in that date — please check it periodically. Continuing to use SRZ after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at —, India.
