Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible — essentially just enough to take your payment and put the indicator on your TradingView account. This page explains exactly what and why.
1Who is responsible for your data
—, at —, is the data fiduciary responsible for the personal data described here.
2What we collect
| Data | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Full name | To identify your order and address you in support |
| Email address | To send your receipt and to answer support requests |
| Phone number | Required by our payment gateway, and used if we can't reach you by email about a failed order |
| TradingView username | This is the delivery address for the product. Without it we cannot grant you access |
| Payment metadata | Order ID, transaction ID, amount, timestamp and status — for delivery, receipts, refunds and accounting |
| Server logs | IP address, browser type and request times, generated automatically by our host for security and debugging |
We never see your card, UPI or banking details. Those are entered directly into our payment gateway's own secure window and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
3Why we process it
- To perform our contract with you — taking payment and delivering access to the indicator.
- To provide support — answering questions, fixing access problems, processing refunds.
- To meet legal obligations — tax, accounting and financial record-keeping requirements in India.
- For security — detecting fraud, abuse and licence sharing.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Ever. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business:
| Provider | What they receive |
|---|---|
| Payment gateway | Name, email, phone and payment details, to process your transaction securely |
| Website host | Server logs, and the order data passing through our checkout functions |
| TradingView | Your TradingView username only — added to the indicator's access list so the product reaches you |
| Email provider | Your email address and message content, when you contact support |
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to — for example in response to a valid order from a court or regulator.
5Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics profiling. Our payment gateway may set cookies strictly necessary to process your transaction securely; those are governed by their own privacy policy.
6How long we keep it
- Order and payment records — retained as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law, typically eight years.
- TradingView username — retained for as long as your lifetime access is active, since it is your access.
- Support correspondence — up to three years.
- Server logs — typically 30 to 90 days.
7Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment credentials never touch our systems. API keys and secrets are held as server-side environment variables and never appear in any page delivered to your browser. Payments are verified server-side with the gateway using cryptographic signatures before access is granted.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not hold the category of data (card numbers) that would make us an attractive target.
8Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
- Request erasure of your data, where we are not legally required to keep it
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights in the event of your death or incapacity
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved
To exercise any of these, email . We respond within 30 days.
Requesting erasure of your TradingView username means we can no longer maintain your access to the indicator, since that username is the only thing linking your purchase to the product. This is not reversible and is not refundable.
9Grievance officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:
